1. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
•Only damaged goods are eligible for return or refund.
•Exchanges allowed if the item:
•Doesn’t fit correctly
•Is the wrong item sent
•Refunds only for clearly damaged items.
•Strictly no refunds under any other circumstances after purchase.
•All returned items must be shipped back in the original packaging, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition.
•Returns & exchanges are processed within 7–9 working days.
 
 
2. Order Processing & Delivery
•Orders are processed within up to 5 working days.
•Once dispatched, delivery takes an additional 7–9 working days.
•No changes to delivery address or phone number will be accepted after 72 hours from order placement.
 
 
3. Order Tracking & Queries
•All inquiries and order tracking must go through the chatbot only.
•Use the chatbot for tracking and lodging order-related issues.
 
 
4. Shipping & Courier Terms
•We use Courier Guy exclusively, at a flat cost of R200.
•Customers bear full responsibility—including extra delivery attempts—for incomplete or incorrect addresses or phone numbers.
•Lost or returned parcels due to customer error will incur additional repeat delivery charges.
